Would you suggest using AAP instead of the planner, reminder or organizer?
No. Rather they are complementary, but we sincerely consider AAP to be more important because it is a strategic time planner. Vadim Motorine: Let me describe how I do it myself. Every morning I use AAP to find out, which of my activities have high priorities. Then I prepare my schedule for today in Your Voice Reminder. Should I remember exactly how much time I spent for an activity in a day?
No. AAP forgives and forgets small errors in spent time. No need in special efforts to remember the spent time. The natural precision with which you remember time spent for an activity during the day at the end of this day or in the morning of next one is enough.
What happens with priorities if I will not use AAP for a long time because, for example, long vacations?
The priorities of all activities will be higher but the order of activities will be the same. If you resume enter spent time regularly, priorities soon will reach normal level due to Oblivion™ feature of AAP.
Can you explain in what sense you use such terms as activity, priority and others?
You can find definitions of these and many other terms in Glossary from AAP help. You may find AAP Help Index also useful.
Has Activities and Priorities (AAP) the theoretical background?
The answer is positive. If you are not convinced you may read my Guide to Dynamic Time Management and Welness Guide.
