Before moving further we would like to note here that the priorities of the divisions, although useful, are not as important as the priorities of the individual activities. It may happen that the priority of a division as a whole is low because most of its activities have low priories while the division contains an activity with very high priority. Of course such an activity deserves special attention and it can be seen most clearly in Priority of Activities Panel rather than in the Division Priority panel.
In the Division Priority panel the divisions and priorities of the same level a grouped together. You can see it in the image above comparing Input Panel (left part of the image) and Division Priority panel (bottom right part of the image). Both divisions and activities in Division Priority panel are (separately) ordered according to their priorities. All divisions are positioned higher than activities.
In Division Priority panel you can "drill into" a division either with double clicking in the division row or activating a cell in the division and pushing Enter key. For example, if initial AAP window was as in the image above after the double clicking Health row in Division Priority panel it will looks like the image below.
The light blue row at the top Division Priority panel with two dots is to go one level up. In our example double clicking this row in AAP would return us to the view as in the first image in this page. The opened division (Health in our example) has dark blue color and immediately follows "up level" row.
Similar to other panels, clicking RIGHT mouse button in Division Priority panel opens the corresponding pop-up menu. Selecting the Change Division item allows to drill into the division or go one level up depending on what kind of the row is activated. Selecting the Activity Item Info item opens Activity Item Info dialog where you can find additional information about the time spent on an activity and the statistics of the spending. Finally selecting Close item closes Division Priority panel and returns you to the Activity View. You also can close the Division Priority panel with
button in the toolbar at the top of the window.
