As distinct from Statistics sheet, in Info sheet the time related information is given in terms of reduced time that AAP uses to calculate priorities in tolerant to small errors manner.
Item Name box shows the full activity item name. In the sample image above it is Health. Jogging i.e. activity Jogging from division Health.
Time Part box shows how much time you planned to spend for the activity. In the example above the plan is to spend 0:30 (30 minutes) per day on average.
Hrs. Remains to be Spend box shows how much time remains to be spent to be on schedule (2:59 or two hours fifty nine minutes in the example above). We would like to stress that even if this time is much greater than plan, in most cases it would be much more wise to spend for the activity just the planned time but do it regularly, not trying to spend all planned time at once. Due to tolerance and forgetting features of AAP, the regular spending of planned time will gradually reduce Hrs Remains to be Spend to negligible value. You also should remember that even if you spend time to an activity strictly according to plan Remains to be Spend box still can contain nonzero value if you for instance input the spending time for yesterday in the morning of the next day. In short, the value in Remains to be Spend box does not deserve much attention until it differs significantly from the Time Part value.
Reduced Hrs. Spent till End of Active Wk. box (3:01 in the example above) shows all the reduced time spent till the end of active week, i.e. week to which the active day, visible in the top part of Input Panel belongs. It is just for the case that you a curious about what is the value of reduced time that AAP uses.
In Memo text box you can type your notes about the activity. To store your notes click Store Memo button. If you have modified your memo but did not store it AAP will ask whether you would like to store your notes.
