Select how to adjust the time part dialog

"Select how to adjust the time part" dialog box appears when you try to enter for an activity such a large time part, that the sum of all time parts exceeds 100%. We would recommend choosing Diminish button. It opens Adjust Time Part dialog box, which will help you redistribute time parts between your activities.

Below are rather technical explanations of how AAP recalculates time part if you select Recalculate button. First AAP sums all time parts disregarding the fact that the sum will exceed 100%. Than AAP divide every old time part by this sum and multiply by 100. In mathematical notations, if we denote the sum of all old time parts as S than (New time part %)=100x(Old time part %)/S.

If you click Cancel button the dialog will be closed without any change in the time parts. Clicking the Help button opens this help.
