Main Features of Activities and Priorities (AAP)
AAP interface looks simple and is easy to use, but many hidden features are packed into AAP. AAP does its best to automate as many things as possible.
AAP:
- shows current priorities of your activities. In terms of the wellness it shows priorities of the wellness dimensions and subdimensions. Here we will use the term "activity" for short.

- arranges activities in alphabetical order of their names in Input Panel.
- uses colors in Priority Panel to quickly distinguishes high, medium and low priority activities
- forgives and forgets errors in spent time entering, taking into account that it is difficult to remember exactly how much time you spent for an activity.
- the more distant is the past the less is its influence on the current priority (Oblivion (forgetting) concept)
- has the statistics of the time spending for an activity.
- allows you to make note (memo) for each activity.
- allows you to see all information about an activity, including statistics and memo in convenient Activity Item Info dialog while you browse in Priority Panel.
- allows you to set planned time for an activity in different units: percents, hours per day, hours per week and hours per month.
- helps you adjust time parts if their sum is greater than all day waking time or greater than 100%.
- allows you group activities of similar kinds into divisions (Pro version only).
- allows divisions inside divisions.
- has special Priority of Divisions panel where you can easily compare priorities of the divisions.
- automatically adjusts the sizes of the panels with information (Input Panel, Priority of Activities Panel, Priority of Divisions panel)) to the size of the main program window.

- coordinates the startup with Your Voice Reminder, allowing you to set which of the two applications will be on top after the startup.
- and, finally, as we believe, balances and harmonizes your life, bringing the stress relief, increases probability that your life will be successful and happy. In other words AAP keeps up your wellness because the wellness is defined as the balance in both regular and alternative medicine, and Activities and Priorities is the tool to maintain the wellness balance. Actually it can be proved that you cannot monitor the wellness balance yourself without an external help and AAP as far as we know is the only software that can do it.
