Inserting new activity or division

There are several ways to insert an activity or a division. You can choose anyone of them. Before the inserting click in a row of Input panel where you would like to insert an activity or division so that the cell in this row is activated. Than you can either push Insert key or click with RIGHT mouse button.

If you push Insert key you will see "Activity or Division" dialog where you can select what to insert. If you click with right mouse button you can select what to insert from the pop-up menu appearing after the click.

Depending on your choice, you will see either new activity with the predefined name "New Activity" or new division with the predefined name "New Division". The new division will contain one new activity inside itself. Rename the new activity or division as you would like to. You can always move an activity or division into other existing division if by mistake you created it in a wrong place.

There is another simple way to insert which works however for activities only. Type a name in an empty row. It will create a new activity in the root division. You can than move the new activity into other division if required.
