Menu "File"

The contents of menu File and behavior of its items are rather regular and should be well known. Therefore we describe only the differences with the regular behavior.

First, for your convenience your work is saved automatically when you exit the program. There are no needs to use the item Save for this purpose although of course there is no harm to do this. "Save" is preserved for the case when you believe that a malfunction of your computer or electrical supply is likely and it is better to save the intermediate results of your work.

To open the samples we recommend to use item "Open a Sample" because, first, its default directory is always the sample directory, and second, after opening a the sample it will be immediately saved by the program to a temporal file so that you can experiment with it or use it as template without the risk to modify initial sample. If you would like to save the modified sample for your future work, please use menu item "Save As" because otherwise the temporal file will be overwritten when you use item "Open a Sample" next time.

Activities & Priorities file should have aap extension, for example MyWork.aap

When you start the program, your last work will be loaded automatically.
