Options dialog box
Below is the image of Options dialog box. It can be opened from AAP Help menu.
When Activities and Priorities starts it set active day in Input Panel either for today or yesterday depending on the option you select in "Initial active day" option group. Setting initial active day for today is convenient if you prefer to input the spent time in the evening of the same day, and setting it for yesterday is convenient if you usually enter the spent hours in the morning of the next day. In the image above initial active day is set for yesterday. To change the setting click in the appropriate circle ("radio button").
With "Average over last" box you can set the period of the statistical average for the time spending for activities. To do so click "Average over last" field to display drop down list and select year, month or quarter. This option has no influence on priorities. Only the statistical information depends on this choice.
In "At computer start up" group you can set which of the Dynamic Time Management Suite components if any will be run at computer start up. Note that Your Voice Reminder is downloaded and registered independently of AAP. The coordinated startup works for Your Voice Reminder version 1.4.1 and later.
- If you select "Run AAP and, if Your Voice Reminder runs, show AAP below it", AAP window will be below Your Voice Reminder at the computer startup.
- If you select "Run AAP and, if Your Voice Reminder runs, show AAP above it", AAP window will be above Your Voice Reminder at the computer startup.
- If you select "Do not run" option AAP will not run at the computer start up. In this case you have to run AAP yourself, for example from MS Windows Start menu, as you usually do with other programs.
After setting the options click OK button.
Cancel button closes Options dialog box and cancels all changes in options that you made while it was opened.
Clicking Help button opens this help page.
