The main aim of Statistics Sheet is to inform you about average deviation from your plans so that if the deviation is significant you could either put more attention to the activity or diminish the planned time part. We would like to stress that even if the deviation from the plan is large, in most cases it would be much more wise to spend for the activity just the planned time but do it regularly, not trying to spend all the planned time at once. If you spend planned time part for an activity regularly, AAP forget and forgive the lack of attention in past while calculating the priority. Because of the same reason you may find more convenient to set the smaller period of average than in example above (last quarter or last month).
Item Name box of Statistics Sheet shows full activity item name. In the sample image above it is Health. Jogging i.e. activity Jogging from the division Health.
Instead of Actual Part Time Averaged over Last Year title of the next text box there could be ...Averaged over Last Quarter or ...Last Month depending on the option you set in Option dialog box.
When you only begin to input spent time for an activity in Actual Part Time Averaged over... box instead the average there will be text "Not enough data yet". The averaged time part appears after 4 to 5 weeks from the beginning.
If the deviation from plan is (statistically) insignificant in Actual Part Time Averaged over... box will be text "~Planned time part"
Time Part box shows how much time you planned to spend for the activity. In the example above the plan is to spend 0:30 (30 minutes) per day on average.
Actual/Planned box shows the Actual/Planned ration in %. However similar to Actual Part Time Averaged over... box it can show text "Not enough data yet" when you only begin to input data or "~100%" when the deviation from plan is (statistically) insignificant.
Close button closes Item Info dialog box.
