Hello Vadim! I have just purchased and downloaded your "Dynamic Time Management" and look forward to reading/implementing its suggestions. Just from the brief time that it took to preview the materials, I can see that you have put a tremendous amount of time, effort and research into creating a dynamic tool for those who struggle with the need to become or stay organized. I certainly do not wish in any way to be offensive here or to discount your life's work; I just wanted to ask if you would welcome input from a native English speaker who is also a linguist and a retired teacher. As I run across an occasional error in English, may I send you an e-mail with a suggested correction? If so, can you provide with me an e-mail address, or would you prefer for me to post here? On publie une nouvelle version de Your Voice Reminder 1.7.FR. Avec juste un seul clic sur l'horloge de Your Voice Reminder à la barre de tâche de Windows vous pouvez ouvrir la fenêtre "Tapez, enregistrez et envoyer " et puis typer la note ou enregistrer le message vocal. Vous alors pouvez transférer votre note à l'éditeur de texte par défaut, au système de traitement de textes, au émail ou l'agenda. Le premier enregistrement et puis le envoi diminue la chance d'oublier l'idée tandis que nous essayons de figurer hors de quel type du logiciel ou rappel à choisir. Il est également maniable quand nous devons commencer faire la note dans une hâte par exemple pendant la conversation téléphonique. Les utilisateurs enregistre peuvent utiliser cette version comme mise a jour gratuite.

One Click Notes. Taking, sending and schedulingVersion 1.7 of Your Voice Reminder has been released. Now you may click once on the taskbar clock and start taking the note or record the voice message. Then you may send the note to the default text editor, word processor, email or schedule it. You may also send it to the clipboard and then past to any program. It decreases the chance to forget the idea while we are trying to figure out what type of the scheduling to select or what program to type the note into. It is also handy when we have to begin taking the note in a hurry, say, during the phone conversation and then need to email it, send to another program or schedule. The registered users may use the new version as a free update.

Now the switch between 12 hour format (USA, Canada) and 24 hours format (Europe) works for all windows, including the nearest event pop-up, notes browser and the reminder / alarm settings. A customer complained in the uninstall survey that Activities and Priorities "changes my [priorities] color settings every time I log on to my computer". Since he/she did not indicate the email, the answer is here. It is by design. The priorities colors and values change themselves with time. It is because Activities and Priorities does not manage to-do list things. It manages your long-time life goals, your core values and most important wellness dimensions, all things that you should do regularly to have the success in life, be happy and healthy. These things are all equally important and the priority has the activity that you did not spend enough time regularly. For example if you don't do your physical exercise regularly your fitness degrades with time. Correspondingly, the physical exercise priority changes the color with time from white (OK) to orange (high priority) and then to red (must do).

It is explained why we eventually loose the wellness with time if do nothing to keep it up and how this fact is related with a fundamental scientific law of growing entropy. It is explained also why we need to monitor our wellness with an external monitor and what kind of monitor we need.

A user in e-mail asked why clock said 11:25 when showed 11:24.
It is by design. The saying time takes several seconds. Therefore, the time is rounded. For example, if it is 11:24:14 the clock says 11:24. However if it is 11:24:44 the clock says 11:25. With such rounding you never are late.

This question was from the support e-mail and I stripped the user name. Q: Your Voice Reminder suddenly began to show warning messages at the start and stopped to work. A: Did you experiment with password (registration key)? If it is so, you should register Your Voice Reminder and enter correct key. If you suspect that you downloaded a pirate version, download it from this site and reinstall.
