The Goal
The goal of the search popularity rating is to help you save the time and quickly buy a good and reliable computer. If thousands of people search for a particular brand or computer it is probably the best evidence that the corresponding company and computer are both good and reliable.The Method
We used the data on how many people search for the particular computer and company. We combined the data on many different ways to search the same item. We used the same method to estimate all the ratings. We selected up to three most searched items in each category and took the whole number of the searchers for the selected items as 100%. The actual sum in the tables may be slightly different from 100% due to the rounding.The Date
The date in the rating is the date of the calculations. We are going to calculate new rating every quarter.Disclaimer
We don't claim that our rating is correct. We just feel that we have sufficient ground to believe that it is at least qualitatively correct (see errors).
