Printable To-do List

Your Voice Reminder automatically composes the printable to-do list from your Alarms / appointments, Startup Reminders / to-do items and Advanced Startup Reminders / tasks. The technique that joins in one to-do list "time sensitive" activities ( appointments and tasks) and activities that can be done at any time of the day (to-do items) is often called "T planning".

It is assumed that you prefer the computer for the planning, because in Your Voice Reminders all items are searchable and active. In most cases there are no need even to look at your computer daily time sheets or calendars, because the appointments, tasks and to-do items remind you about yourself in the Reminders and Alarm window automatically.

The printable to-do list is specially designed to be used in the places where you cannot get you laptop with you and mainly to be "read only", though Your Voice Reminder tries to leave the space for your occasional hand written remarks. To make the to-do list foldable to the pocket size it is divided into three columns.

Your Voice Reminders tries to squeeze the day view screen to one column if possible so that in general each column corresponds to one day. To save space Your Voice Reminders does not print time separators. However it prints the time near the appointments and tries to leave the space between the appointments in the proportion to the time distance between them. The sample of the printing is shown below (the size of the image is 50% of the real size)

In the day or in the column if the day can fit the column, Your Voice Reminder places first the tasks and to-do items and then the appointments. Your Voice Reminder tries to leave sufficient space in the printable to-do list so that you could write additional notes. It also tries to keep the space distances between the appointments in proportion to the time distances between them. For the tasks Your Voice Reminders prints how many days are left till the deadline and for the appointments the time they are scheduled for.

In the folded state your to-do list is of the palm size and can fit to virtually any bag or pocket because they are also usually not less than your palm size.

In Your Voice Reminder Printing Preferences for To-do List you may set the number of the days to print, what day is the first, font for the regular text and add extra margins.

Three days usually fit one side of the page. The printing for 3 days is the default setting. However, you may print for any days you like. If you print for a week (7 days), Your Voice Reminder tries to print Saturday and Sunday (the weekend) in one column so that all printing may be placed either on two sides of one page or on two pages stuck together with blank sides inside.

The printable to-do list is also handy for the archiving. You may place it in your paper planner if you prefer because Your Voice Reminder automatically rearranges the items to fit virtually any paper size and allows the margins changing.
