Your Voice Reminder builds time announcements from chunks. For example to say
"It is ten hours"
and
"It is twelve hours"
You need to record only four chunks: "It is", "ten", "hours" and "twelve"
The same "It is" and "hours" will be used for all time announcement: not only for ten and twelve but also for one, two ... and all other hours.

It is the reason why you need to record only 28 chunks to get time announcement for any time with the minute precision.
