Agreement

1. This is agreement between you and Vadim Motorine, the author of Your Voice Reminder software.
2. For the purpose of this agreement hereafter your voice or voice means your voice that you have recorded to announce date or time in Your Voice Reminder program and sent to Vadim Motorine via e-mail.
3. You give Vadim Motorine the right to distribute your voice as default (sample) voice with You Voice Reminder program unlimited time free of any charge from your side.
4. You also agree to give Vadim Motorine the right to make your voice available for public download unlimited time in this or other site free of any charge from your side.
5. Your also agree to give to all users of Your Voice Reminder the right to use your voice in this software to announce day, time free of charge from your side.
6. If you send you voice to Vadim Motorine during the time of promotion and if your voice has acceptable quality and native English accent Vadim Motorine will send you one registration code for the current version of Your Voice Reminder program free of charge to the e-mail address that you should provide. If you have not explicitly provide your e- mail address the code will be send to the e-mail address from which you sent your voice. The code will include the name of the user that you should provide.
7. Vadim Motorine is the only person who decide whether your voice has acceptable quality and English accent.
8. The announcement about the end of the promotion will be made in this page (you may bookmark it) together with the date when this announcement appeared. After the end of the promotion those of you, who sent to Vadim Motorine e-mail before the end of the promotion that they are going to record their voices, will have one week to record and send to Vadim Motorine their voices. No new request to record voices will be accepted after the end of the promotion. No new voices will be accepted in the week after the end of the promotion if there was no request for recording before the end of the promotion. No voices will be accepted after the date equal to date of the promotion end plus seven days (one week).
9. Provided that your voice is used in Your Voice Program as sample or default voice and is installed together with Your Voice Reminder program Vadim Motorine promises you to send on your request one registration code for any new version of Your Voice Reminder program, in which this code is different from the code you have. The code will include the name of the user that you have provided in your first request. Under condition of this point Vadim Motorine promises on you request put your contact e-mail in Your Voice Reminder help system on the page with title Acknowledgments.
10. Vadim Motorine promises to place on your request your contact e-mail near the link to your voice and /or your real name.
